Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)

The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) is a brief behavioural screening questionnaire about 3-16-year-olds. There are versions to be completed by the School, Parent/Carer, and the Child/Young Person. Scores should be triangulated to assist in recognising early signs of potential mental health issues.
